Ajay Bundy

A skilled OD & Leadership Development consultant, Ajay was awarded her MSc in Organisation & People Development in. Her expertise lies in using coaching & facilitation to empower teams and individuals to realise their own and their organisation’s potential, with a focus on appreciating and leveraging difference, noticing patterns & themes and developing multiple perspectives.  Her strengths as a facilitator include a) the ability to stay out of content and to focus on the wider system; b) taking a direct, participative approach to enable others to stay open & curious and to engage in dialogue; c) challenging her clients to take action to lead authentically & to enable all to contribute to their organisation’s success.

My Background

Following 13 years in blue chip organisations – ranging from international advertising with Newsweek and The Harvard Business Review and call centre development at Legal & General, to leadership development in the financial & telecommunications sectors: The Sumitomo Bank, Vodafone, Lloyds Banking Group – Ajay spent a number of years in consultancy, before going freelance.  Her passion is for exploring interpersonal relationships and communication, using research from the fields of neuroscience and EQ, to challenge leaders, teams and individuals to thrive and live authentically.

Ajay holds two degrees, a BA Jt Hons in Italian-French; the second, an MSc in People & Organisation Development from Roffey Park.  She is a Certified Master Practitioner of NLP; is qualified to use the psychometric tools Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Steps I & II and 16PF5; and is accredited in the use of Belbin profiling.  She has experience of facilitating and delivering in both English and Italian.
