Anne has been a Director of her own Company for 18 years and also works as a Principal Consultant for MPI Learning. A successful career spanning over 25 years in the financial and banking industry has given Anne the understanding and ability to work at all levels, which has enabled her to add so much value to the team, our clients and her coaches.
My Background
Anne was previously an MD in Financial Services where she was responsible for leading the Retail Performance of a Region, where she was recognised with various National Achievement Awards.
Anne is a qualified Chartered Manager and an experienced Learning and Development professional. She is a highly skilled presenter and facilitator, a trained profiler of Saville and Holdsworth and Thomas International and has equally adapted to working with teams or individuals. She delivers the full range of Chartered Management Institute and ILM courses for Leadership and Management and has coached many managers through their CMI and ILM qualifications.
Anne is an experienced and practiced online facilitator and coach who conducts, designs and delivers a variety of learning solutions through various virtual platforms. She has worked across many sectors and a wide range of businesses including Financial Services, Automotive, NHS and Construction
