Bill Carpenter
Principal Consultant
Bill is a learning and development professional with extensive experience in all elements of the learning cycle from TNA and design through to delivery and return on investment. Bill is an experienced principal consultant at MPI with vast experience in working with all levels of colleagues from frontline staff through to Senior Managers and Directors.
Background
As a Chartered Engineer, Bill’s early career in the Aerospace Industry quickly developed into significantly project-based working. This included Project Manager roles in establishing new test facilities, new product development and training system design and development. Throughout this, Bill took an active part in the development of teams and team members and he became a qualified NVQ Assessor. After gaining his MBA on the University of Bath Executive Programme, he became a development consultant, working with a wide variety of organisations and their people, particularly focused on developing project management and leadership at all levels and supporting the development of project management methodologies and systems. Between 2017 and 2021, Bill took on a full time voluntary roles on the Lee Abbey Community where he became the Head of Conference and Health and Safety Lead. During this time, he completed his NEBOSH NGC Health and Safety Management qualification.
