Claire is a transformational coach and leadership development expert with a proven track record in enabling organisations to create sustainable transformation and growth. Claire works with clients across a broad range of sectors from Banking to Food Retailing and the Music Industry to Global Technology. Clients frequently describe Claire as ‘intuitive’ and ‘challenging’ yet ‘supportive’ and ‘calm’, enabling them to far exceed their own expectations of what they are capable of.
Claire’s approach is grounded in 18 years’ experience as a senior commercial leader and consultant across Banking, Retail and Not-For-Profit organisations. She started her career at Barclays, where she held a number of senior commercial positions in the fields of strategy development, change management and large-scale field leadership. Claire stepped into her first HR role in 2008, and business partnered a number of ambitious MDs, responsible for teams of up to 17 500 people.
She completed her coach training with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), and is a Certified Professional Co-active® coach (CPCC), a member of the ICF (ACC), a graduate of CTI’s Leadership Programme and a Certified Leadership Circle Practitioner* (*certification due to complete in December 2018).
Claire designs and delivers bespoke innovative leadership development programmes that equip leaders to bring more of their authentic selves into their leadership. Her group work is grounded in her commercial experience, skills as a coach and facilitator and her passion for the performing arts.
