My Background

Danny has 35 years experience as a Learning and Development Consultant and successful Retail Banking Area Manager. He has successfully led National training teams for 18 years, consulting, designing & delivering a wide range of commercially focussed solutions to an impressive range of senior stakeholders on key strategic projects. He received commendations from the National Sales Director, Regional Directors, HR recognition awards on projects delivered and a National Leadership award for team development.

Danny is a sought after facilitator and consultant, with a wealth of international experience having delivered numerous Global programmes, including major culture change initiatives at Director level. His character and charisma, engages and inspires both conference audiences and workshop groups. He is experienced and accredited in a number of team/leadership development tools including MBTI, Capstone team Performance, DISC profiling and performance coaching.

The range of learning solutions that he has designed and delivered includes a Retail leadership & sales management programme at Director level, Retail branch management development programme, team and leadership development programmes, trainer development in advanced facilitation and coaching, an Induction & Development programme for new Operational roles in the Risk & Control function. All learning solutions are bespoke and designed to meet specific client needs, and often supported by a range of business focussed embedding tools to provide highly engaging and commercial training solutions.
