Donna Branson

My Background

Donna has been operating as an independent Management Consultant for the past 11 years, working in partnership with clients and associate organisations. Previous to working independently, she held a number of organisation and management development roles at a corporate level with Bass Plc and Molson Coors, extending across Europe and the US.

Her experience has been mainly focussed within the executive coaching space, developing teams along with facilitating organisational change and leadership development programmes.

Donna has worked across a number of different global industry sectors and functions, including banking and finance, including within a lengthy 7 year partnership working with Bank of England as well as pharmacueticals, oil & gas, telecoms, retail, commercial, public sector and investment banking. She has worked with global multi-cultural organisations, and with leaders and managers who manage global teams.

Her passion is developing individual and team strengths, and creates a space where balance of both support and challenge can transform both individuals and teams.

Faciliatior Experirence

Donna has a mix of skills gained through working within the Organisational Development function of a large multi-national business, carrying out an HR Director role and working as an independent consultant specifically coaching, leadership development and team development.

Donna is CIPD qualified and an accredited MBTI practitioner (Step 1 & 2). She is also accredited to use Insights Profiling Tool, and a number of SHL psychometric tests. Other psychometric tools Donna has used are Caliper and Career Tactics. As part of her own CPD, she is currently attending an ICF-accredited coaching programme.

Donna has worked in a number of roles within a corporate environment including Organisational, Leadership development and Talent Management. She has also carried out an HR Director role for a leading UK drinks business, leading the people stream of two major acquisitions, including organisational design, team development and culture change and engagement projects.

She is also a professional coach, and has worked with a number of clients within the leadership development and team development area. She has a broad-base of sector experience including clients such as Bank of England, Bank of China, Unilever, BT, Novartis, Shell, ABN AMRO/RBS, Coca-Cola European Partners, Schroders, Barclays.
