Glenda Bailye-Bray is a passionate and experienced Organisational Change specialist with a strong track record of delivering successful change programmes that maximise opportunities through people. Glenda boasts extensive practical experience earned with a raft of well-known national and international organisations across both private and public sectors.
Glenda can offer an end-to-end approach to training. From initial concept through to design and delivery. Design is bespoke for the client to match their organisational needs and evaluation methodologies are introduced to ensure that the training truly ‘delivers’. Glenda is adept at facilitating using a variety of delivery methods – again to suit the needs of the client. She has a very natural style.
Glenda describes how she came into her role as a consultant as being a ‘little unconventional’. After successfully running a ‘lot of shops’ for a number of different retailers with very large P&L responsibilities Glenda was asked if she could use her passion and skill to develop great leaders across a multinational business and use her commercial knowledge to help build a more effective ‘customer centric’ organisation. She found that she really enjoyed the challenge of creating more effective organisations and developing great leaders and so moved into the area permanently.
Glenda added to her experiential knowledge with formal qualifications but she says it is her experience which is invaluable in how she plans, designs and delivers her projects.
