My Background
A few of my projects include designing a sales competency framework for a Large Global Online Retail Organisation to enable significant OD and culture change programmes. As well as, designing and implementing a comprehensive induction programme for a Global Bank within Pakistan, UAE and India to achieve both a step change in performance and consistent experience for all new roles. Designed and implemented a new global induction programme within an international insurance company achieving cost savings and improved retention.
I have a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) accredited by the International NLP Trainers Association (INLPTA). My Credentials include EQi 2.0 & EQ 360 assessor
