James Hall
Principal Consultant
James Hall is a Fellow of both the Institute of Leadership and Management and of the Chartered Management Institute.
A retired senior British Army Officer, James brings to MPI the experience of top level military and diplomatic appointments, together with ten years of commercial operations. Used to working at the very highest levels of government service and with some of the world’s largest defence and security corporations, he has also spent much time in recent years providing consultancy to small and medium scale businesses. He brings a different and original voice to MPI’s contributions to team building, coaching, leadership and change management.
