His 25 year career in both retail and direct sales management with several blue chip British companies has given him unrivalled expertise in these areas. Jerry has worked in international consulting since 1997 with specific responsibility for Executive Coaching, Senior Management Development and has extensive experience around the processes relating to the selection and development of Sales Forces.
Jerry has extensive international experience specifically in the Middle East having trained in most Gulf countries in the recent past. He understands the cultural framework in which people work in the Gulf region in order to maximise the sales function. In addition, Jerry has completed several projects in Asia.
Jerry is an Executive Coach to Chief Executive Officers and Executive Management, also designing and delivering retail and Financial Services sales management training courses. In addition, Jerry is a fully qualified professional golf coach having begun his career as a member of the Professional Golfers Association from 1975 – 85.
This experience gives Jerry a unique perspective on how people learn best in different contexts and how to get real transformational breakthroughs from clients in delivering maximum results.
