Matthew is a highly passionate and motivated CiPD qualified learning and development professional. He has extensive experience in all elements of the learning cycle from TNA and design through to delivery and return on investment.
Matthew has worked across multiple industries to mentor, train, and coach thousands of people across the globe. He is a customer experience specialist and a twice published author on both the customer journey and leadership.
My Background
A talented trainer and coach, company owner and business transformation motivator. Worked across multiple industries over three decades. His formative career saw him rise the corporate ladder quickly, leading to a variety of senior management positions in multi-national companies across the financial services industry. His focus in every role was always the people he worked with, and this seamlessly led his career into the field of training, coaching and professional development.
When Matthew began his own company over a decade ago, his vision to empower others through learning began to reach a much wider audience. Since then, his work as a business trainer and qualified coach has seen him train and develop thousands of people across the UK and abroad – across the full range of diverse business sectors.
Everybody speaks glowingly of Matthew’s enthusiasm and passion for everything he does and his attention to detail and desire to help others is second to none. He has an outstanding grasp of both soft skills and technical subjects in sales, customer service, change management, financial services, budgeting, communication, assertiveness, time management, digital engagement, coaching, organisational design, vision and values, financial control, leadership and management and strategy.
