Mike has worked in UK and international financial services and banking for over 30 years.
He is a certified practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming and is accredited as an Executive Coach and Top Team Development Facilitator, working with people at all levels within the client business.
He has developed and project led numerous Leadership, Sales Management, Coaching, Sales, Customer Experience and Customer Service Programmes at a practical, easily implemented level across a range of businesses, which have included Financial Services, Retail and IT environments as well as other industries including Automotive.
He has provided Executive Coaching for MDs, Senior Managers and Business Leaders as well as field coaching for Managers and Salespeople. He has led projects for a wide range of clients, many of whom are global blue chip companies based in the UK, Ireland; he has also worked in America and the Caribbean.
Mike is a keen exponent of ensuring that his customers enjoy the experience of working with him and the team and has a good reputation of building and maintains excellent relationships with them. He enjoys working with a wide variety of customers and always brings his enthusiasm and extensive experience to bear on the projects he is involved in.
Mike operates from his fundamental belief that the customer should be at the centre of any business operating model and that they are fundamental to its success.
