Accordingly his engagement with customers starts from clearly identifying their “pains”, designing the right developmental program to fit their needs, engagingly delivering the developmental programs and tracking progress on the long run.
Mohammed Al-Shaer has a long-standing record in the world of pharmaceutical sales and marketing in one of the worlds leading pharmaceutical giants. He started his career in sales, as a professional medical rep in Jordan.
It was not long before he was promoted to several positions in sales and marketing management in the MENA region, including being Franchise Marketing Manager for North Middle East and National Sales Manager of Jordan and Iraq. On top of his duties at Merck, Mohammed was a Certified Trainer in Merck at the EMEA level.
He contributed to the development of scores of trainees in the region. In 2008, Mohammed made a career shift to training and consultancy in a number of leading training entities in the region. Mohammed contributed to the growth, development and bottom line of various organizations whether in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, telecommunication, financial institutions, insurance, fine jewelry, food industry and general trade.
