Natalie has been passionate about lifelong and non-formal learning since the moment she had her first experience more than 20 years ago. Since then she has been working in various national and international projects (educational, environmental, social, youth, peace) in the non-governmental sector.

My Background
In 2002 Natalie started her experience as a trainer and facilitator thus supporting the learning process and personal development of young people and adults.
She is a freelance trainer and facilitator who has designed and delivered national and international trainings and seminars on various topics such as teamwork, effective communication, intercultural learning, volunteer management, human rights, mentoring, conflict transformation, project management, facilitation, training of trainers, organizational development, organized by municipalities, social institutions, schools and local and international NGOs and networks.
Natalie has vast experience in facilitating both in online and in-person settings as well as working with individuals and with groups of various sizes. She is curious to learn and grow, loves to create and facilitate new learning opportunities and is willing to bring her positive attitude, inspiration and professional experience into the projects she is involved in.
