My Background

Following a career spanning a wide variety of roles within the Financial Services industry, Sarah Jones now works as a facilitator / training consultant, specialising in Leadership and Management Development, Personal Development, Recruitment Skills, Performance  Management, Stress Management, Resilience, and Employee Wellbeing. Sarah has over 20 years hands-on front-line and team management experience coupled with a clear and energetic communication style which is an excellent combination for personal and management skills training and development.

She spent a significant part of her career in training and development roles. As such, she brings a wealth of experience into the practical solutions she provides. Sarah has lots of facilitor experience, she facilited the NHS leadership academy as well as Delivered Performance Management training for Head Teachers. As a qualified Coach, Sarah has extensive experience of coaching within the workplace, and her passion for enabling individuals to achieve their full potential both for themselves and their employer is key to developing a positive culture in the workplace.
