Simon has been involved in training and development for over 20 years, helping businesses achieve their objectives by working with them to develop staff to reach their full potential.

This has involved training and coaching staff at all levels of the organisation from new recruits up to, and including, board level. He has worked in a wide variety of sectors and industries in capacities such as managing, designing and delivering training interventions as well as coaching and consultancy.

Simon’s background was in the financial services industry, gaining experience in a variety of management roles for a large blue chip financial services company.

He is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
