My Background
Stuart worked for Barclays Bank PLC with exemplary performance for over 25 years, fulfilling multiple senior management roles across many sectors. Applying his elite professional sport mentality in business, Stuart then successfully set up his own leisure business before franchising the rights to return to the corporate world of Learning and Development under a consultancy umbrella.
Recent credits include architectural learning design for executive development programs within Costain Engineering, Direct Line Insurance and Coca Cola alongside advising small to medium businesses on transforming potential into ‘bottom-line’ profit. Stuart is consistently sought after for partnering, design and delivery work at all levels within an organization.
In the last three years Stuart has represented companies on Management and Leadership projects in India, US, Europe and the Middle East. He has led large-scale projects across different industries and in doing so leveraged his exposure to elite level sport, entrepreneurial traits and proven leadership and business management principles to offer a unique and insightful look at what it takes to be a success.
