Sylvie Portefaix is a certified coach, with a business management and marketing background. Her expertise consists in co-building new leadership models with her clients as well as working in French and English.
My Background
Sylvie spent 17 years at Philips where she occupied marketing and general management positions in the Consumer and Healthcare divisions. As head of marketing and executive committee member for France she managed sales and marketing teams and key business partners, in France and in Europe.
Passionate as she is about entrepreneurship, she participated in the creation of AEDMAP, a French lifesaving solutions company, and acts as a mentor in the Startup Leadership Program. She was also a co-leader of “Présence et Parole en Public(s)”, an executive public speaking program based on a unique method involving stage techniques adapted to the business world.
Sylvie has been working as a professional coach, consultant and facilitator since 2015. She is an HEC Paris certified executive coach. She is also an MBTI, co-development and Leadership Effectiveness Analysis practitioner. She provides executive coaching to senior managers and business teams to create sustainable leadership and maximize individual and collective performances.
