My Background

Tara is a sought after facilitator of leadership development, team and group coaching, latterly specializing in supporting women in business. She spent 20 years in industry, leading teams selling some of the high streets best loved brands to both retail and on-trade customers. Her impressive sales career spanned Safeways Supermarkets, Mars Confectionery, Walkers Crisps and Molson Coors. In 2005 she was part of the Senior Executive team at Molson Coors when she realized that she would find more fulfillment and purpose in life by retraining as an executive coach and following her passion to develop teams and individuals to reach their full potential.

She is a Certified Professional Co-active Coach, a Graduate of the Coaches Training Institute Leadership programme, and an Authorised Facilitator of the TCI Team Diagnostic Assessment.  She uses Lencioni, Thomas Kilman, DiSC, Appreciative Inquiry and positive psychology to design and facilitate engaging and transformational workshops and programmes.  She is a lifelong learner and is always looking for new and innovative ways to create transformational change. She is currently studying to become a Transcending Stress Facilitator with Satnamvidya Yoga School.

A few of the many companies where she has been asked to develop or coach their teams or leaders include Pepsi-Co, Reach PLC, Royal Mail, Interserve PLC, BBC, Intertrust CH, IMD Lausaune, Glatfelter GMBH, Gentium GMBH, Heineken UK Ltd, Blue Arrow, Baxter Storey, State Bank Of India and IppLogipal
