Toby Rees
Commercial Coordinator
MPI Learning’s Commercial Coordinator, tasked with developing existing and new client relationships.
Toby graduated from Loughborough University in 2021, with a degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology. This BPS accredited Psychology degree helped him develop a strong sense of how people work, especially understanding how to work with people from very different backgrounds. The sports aspect of this degree gave him a particularly developed insight into how teams work and what is needed for them to perform effectively. Toby enjoys being a part of a team and is looking forward to developing with MPI. He hopes to play a small part in helping the company continue to grow alongside the rest of the MPI team.
My Background
Over the past 2 years, since graduating, Toby has been working as a Parkland Assistant at Boughton House as well as being a part of an intense RAF Officers application. This process taught him a considerable amount about resilience and working under pressure, qualities that have meant he is well suited for his new role at MPI.
“I am a keen sportsman, with a particular interest in cricket (currently averaging 6.43 with the bat!..). Unfortunately, I am also a Leicester City fan which has shown me the true highs and lows of sport.
