Vince is a qualified learning and development professional with extensive experience in all elements of the learning cycle from TNA and design through to delivery and return on investment. Vince is a long-term principal consultant at MPI with vast experience in working with all levels of colleagues from frontline staff through to Senior Managers and Directors.
From teaching Vince joined the financial services industry in 1979. Through the 1980’s and 90’s he developed his skills and knowledge in sales and management. He held several Training Management roles and also spent 3 years as a Branch Sales Manager.
In 1997 Vince joined a City consultancy as a Project Consultant where he led sales and management teams through a number of learning and development projects as well as developing intellectual property and designing project tools.
20 years ago he left to build a business as an independent consultant. Working with all levels of front line staff and management he specialises in coaching, performance management, behavioural and communication skills.
As well as creating and delivering solutions Vince’s approach is to fully collaborate with clients by partnering them in their beliefs and practices establishing a value-adding cultural fit. Applying a range of business models, psychometric tools and coaching skills Vince facilitates progress by helping others develop their self-awareness, communication skills and behavioural flexibility, increasing both breadth and depth of personal impact and their ability to build more effective relationships.
