This webinar offers a highly practical approach to developing the wellbeing of your colleagues and developing your own confidence in supporting your teams. 

You will learn more about pressure, stress, resilience, and burnout.  

You will understand the stress risk assessment process to support individuals and teams.  

We will discuss the business case relating to wellbeing.  

You will get an opportunity to discuss practical coping strategies and leave with a range of tools and techniques to share with your teams to develop their resilience and wellbeing. 

The training discusses the ‘ABC’ strategy: 

  • A is all about awareness. What causes stress? How do people react under stress? What are your stress triggers? 

  • B is about Balance. How much pressure can you cope with before you start to experience stress? What is the impact of stress on our performance? 

  • And C is about control. In other words, practical steps we can take to manage the negative impact of stress. 

  • Understand the management behaviours that can cause or exacerbate stress, and those management behaviours that support a ‘well workplace’. 

I’ll share a resilience questionnaire that enables you to assess your own levels of resilience against 8 characteristics of resilient people.  

You will leave the webinar with a range of exercises, activities, and questionnaires that you can use with your teams to prompt constructive conversations about wellbeing and support the wellbeing of your teams.
