Description
This session is for anyone who is faced with a difficult situation at work which would benefit from having a positive and mutually beneficial resolution.
We will look at what constitutes a Difficult Conversation; the negative feelings that these types of situations generate which can lead to avoidance; and the benefits to both parties of talking and seeking a positive outcome.
We will move on to explore the conversation itself in terms of preparation; the process including the opening which is the part which people often find the hardest.
>We will finish the session off by giving the participants the opportunity to experience the opening through a rolling role play using a case study.
