This course will provide an opportunity to begin to understand what commercial and financial awareness means and the importance of everyone in BT thinking commercially. We will examine the key tools and techniques to analyse our commercial position in order to make the right commercial decisions. We will also examine the key financial processes and terminology to increase your confidence and competence when dealing with the financial aspects of your role.
