Four half-day Leadership modules with mini work placed projects to bring the learning into action in the workplace.
Outcomes:
- Create a personal development strategy that captures the whole of me
- Attain the skills to lead teams through change, challenge and uncertainty
- How to chose and use the right leadership approach using ’SLll (Situational Leadership)’
- How to accelerate team performance using ‘The Five Dysfunctions of a Team’
Modules/Lessons
Module 1 - Owning My Future Growth, Ambition and Performance:
- Building my personal ‘step-up’ plan using the UpAGear Personal Programme
Module 2 - Leading in Times of Change and Challenge:
- Creating the conditions for change to land and stick
- Supporting others through change
Module 3 - Situational Leadership:
- SLll introduction to the Accredited programme
- Adapting leadership approach to team and individual development
Module 4 - Building Great Teams:
- The 5 core elements of team development
- Bringing them to life
Assessment
- Prepare and deliver a 30-minute summary based on the key learning content from the Mastery Programme and how delegates will apply (recorded session)
- Assessed by external facilitator against key criteria including feedback for ongoing development
Prerequisites
Should have completed the Leadership Professional Intermediate Programme
