Announcing key new executive appointment January 2023. 

MPI Learning are delighted to announce the appointment of a new Managing Director – “Michael Smith – FLPI”.

Mike Smith takes the helm at MPI Learning as a highly experienced Learning & Development executive, with an extensive track record in the sector, both domestically and globally. In his former role as Group VP of International Operations for New Horizons, had responsibility for global development and for running their international partner operations. In 2022, as owner of Crimson Management Consulting, he has provided support for clients in diverse business segments across multiple international markets.

Co-founder and director of MPI Learning, Jerry Brown will now be reducing his day-to-day responsibilities with the company, while remaining as a key board member and shareholder. Co-founder and director, Mike Willoughby will remain as a key executive and board member/shareholder, ensuring continuity and supporting the company with his extensive expertise and experience.
