The evolution of the business and the brand
MPI was launched in 2008 by founders Jerry Brown and Mike Willoughby. Established as a traditional Learning and Development consultancy, MPI has achieved impressive growth and enjoyed some wonderful adventures. We have made many lifelong friendships and working partners all over the world.
As we head into our 13th year of business, we feel it is time for a refresh and a change as the current brand doesn’t quite represent who we are now as a business.
The market itself has fundamentally changed during the pandemic, although planned, the evolution of our business model and the brand was accelerated as the new world of learning shifted modality to mostly virtual and digital. MPI responded quickly and transformed with this challenge, we have diversified our offerings and we would like to introduce some new channels and opportunities for our clients.
We now offer Consulting services, virtual ILT, face-to-face training, e-learning, and off-the-shelf (on-demand) learning solutions. To support these changes, we are now MPI Learning and with this, our new website will reflect this evolution. Here we will house our brand new on-demand and virtual channels. In addition, we have created a new and exclusive area to visit called the ‘Learning Lounge’.
The MPI Learning Lounge will offer free Learning and Development content to our clients and all visitors to our new website. This will include a selection of Articles, Webinars, Product Spotlights, Podcasts, Blogs, Book Reviews, and many others. All of these are curated by our team of Principal Learning consultants.
