The Mindset of Teams – Webinar
Team performance has always been critical to the success of organisations and in an increasingly matrixed world we find ourselves in more teams than ever before. However, this has not led to a marked increase in the perceived performance of teams, a 2015 Harvard Business Review study of 95 teams in 25 leading corporations by Stanford University’s Behnam Tabrizi found that:
‘75% of cross-functional teams are dysfunctional, failing to meet at least three of the following five criteria: meeting a planned budget, staying on schedule, adhering to specifications, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining alignment with the company’s corporate goals.’
Our own work with teams over the last 30+ years consistently identifies Team Mindset as the root cause for many of these issues, therefore scuppering performance before the work has even started.
In this webinar we will demonstrate how to practically identify limiting mindsets and create breakthrough behaviours to leverage greater team performance.
